Located on Parklands Avenue, between the CBD and Karura Forest, the Horizon Orthopaedic & Spine Institute is envisioned as a first-of-its-kind centre of excellence in Nairobi.

Planned as a G+9 facility, the lower three levels accommodate parking, with hospital functions above and provisions for future expansion.

The design maximizes views towards both the city and the forest. Common areas are placed along the periphery to bring in natural light and ventilation. Outdoor spill-out spaces such as cafés, terraces, and decks respond to the local climate.

A terracotta-toned façade with a finely detailed screen extends into the interiors.
