This 450-bed multi-speciality hospital is situated in close proximity to Bangalore’s tech belt and is intended to cater primarily to the educated workforce that resides in and around the area.

A brownfield project, the hospital comprises two blocks, initially intended to house commercial spaces, which Aster later took up to convert into a hospital. Tower 1 houses the main multi-speciality hospital, while Tower 2 is a women and children’s block.

To create a grand entry experience that is appropriate for a hospital of this scale, a large double-height canopy connecting the two blocks has been envisioned. This serves as the main entry point of the hospital.

The vehicular movement was also reworked, allowing for the plaza below the canopy to be completely pedestrian. The plaza is flanked by retail spaces on either side, making for a vibrant and lively environment.
